This SCCV Wintercross is a frozen surface time trial event held in a private field approved for scheduled SCCV events ONLY. No public access outside of event day is permitted, and anyone who enters the property outside of that will be considered trespassing. Course format will utilize a pre set layout of cones around the frozen field on a plowed or unplowed track depending on conditions that day. While efforts will be made to ensure as smooth of a course as possible, this event is held on natural terrain, so plan accordingly with vehicle/setup choice. SCCV or the property owner are in no way responsible for any damage to vehicle or personal property. This event is tentative based on event day conditions and is subject to cancellation. If event is cancelled, refunds/credits will be issued. SCCV organizers will do thier best to keep everyone updated as best as possible during the days leading up to event. Final decision on event cancellation will be determined by the morning of the day prior to event.
Pits/Paddock will be an area marked at the entrance to the property and will vary based on snow conditions. If you plan to trailer a vehicle, please send us and email if possible so we can gauge/adjust plowing needs to accommodate.
There is no public bathroom located onsite, however porta potties will potentially be available
