DESCRIPTION:PLEASE REVIEW OUR UPDATED 2024 ITT RULES & GUIDE BEFORE REGISTERING: \nIce Time Trial Guide \nIce Time Trial Rules & Classing \nPresents: \n2024 SCCV Winter Series Event \nIce Time Trial #1 \nLake Elmore – access via Beach Road \nSaturday\, February 17th\, 2024 \n8:30AM-4PM \nEntry fees: $30 members (SCCV\,SCCNH\,KSCC\,CMC\,CART) \n$40 non-members (includes one day SCCV membership for event day) \nOnsite registration will also be available if needed. \nSign up for a 2024 calender year membership for only $20 here: 2024 SCCV Membership \n\n\n\n\n\nEvent requirements\n\n*Ice Time Trial Events are sometimes subject to last minute cancellation/rescheduling due to conditions. All participants will receive refunds/credits for cancelled/rescheduled events* \nSafety is always the #1 concern and focus. Please follow all guidance from organizers with these events. \nAccess to this event is off Beach Rd\, at the north end of the lake. \nPLEASE DO NOT USE THE FISH & WILDLIFE ACCESS AT THE SOUTH END OF THE LAKE \nBasic Event Requirements: \nVehicle needs to be road legal\, leak free and pass all technical requirements found in the ITT rules and classing document \nThis takes place on a frozen lake\, this is at your own risk. \nThis event is open to all licensed drivers over the age of 18\, and minor drivers with a valid driver’s license \nSee minor information for licensed drivers under the age of 18. \nHelmets are required for this event. (Snell M2010 or SA2010 minimum\, No DOT only). Some loaner helmets are available. \nNeed to buy a helmet? Visit Zamp Racing: Zamp Racing \nAll vehicles will be required to pass a technical inspection prior to running the event. \nConvertibles are strongly suggested to have rollover protection\, or a hard top. \nPlease be aware that regular auto insurance policies do not cover damage to your vehicle while participating in motorsports events. Drivers are responsible for removing damaged vehicles from the track/course\, and for repairing any damage to said vehicle. Drivers have the option to purchase off-track/autocross insurance through unaffiliated companies such as Lockton Motorsports (https://locktonmotorsports.com/product/off-track-insurance).
